OUR STORY

Interact Performance Systems was formed in Utah in 1981. Our current CEO, Francis Price, purchased the company in 1983 and established the headquarters in California. Under his leadership, we developed interpersonal relationship training programs to help businesses and leaders enhance their workplace culture. We focus on building essential skills like conflict resolution, supervisor-employee communication, and team performance enhancement.

Guided by the standard to offer people skills “learned right–not rote,” we will elevate individual contributions and energize team collaboration to make a difference in workplaces, communities, and homes throughout the world.
